Last updated: October 10, 2026

Spam Call AI is a personal-use call-screening application. By using or authorizing the application, you agree to the following terms.

Purpose

The application is intended to screen incoming calls, identify trusted callers, collect concise caller information, and reduce unwanted calls.

No guarantee of accuracy

AI-generated call classifications and summaries can be incorrect. A legitimate caller may be misclassified and an unwanted caller may not always be detected. Users should review important call information independently.

Third-party services

The application depends on third-party services including Google, Twilio, OpenAI, Home Assistant, and secure tunneling/network services. Use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

Google Contacts

Google Contacts access is read-only and is used only to identify trusted callers. The application does not use Google Contacts data for advertising or resale.

Acceptable use

The application must not be used to impersonate others, facilitate fraud, obtain unauthorized access to accounts, or conduct unlawful surveillance or harassment.

Availability

The application is provided for personal use without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Service interruptions may occur because of network, API, telephony, or third-party platform changes.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the application changes. The current version will be published at this URL.
